Pink Lady® apple hot toddy

A warming and soothing drink to keep the cold at bay.

Place rooibos tea, apple juice, cinnamon and star anise in a saucepan and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.
Add whisky and cover with a lid, then leave to steep for 2 minutes.
Pour into serving mugs and garnish with fresh apple slices.
Enjoy while hot.

2 cups (500ml) rooibos tea

½ cup (125ml) Pink Lady® apple juice

3 cinnamon quills

2 star anise

3 Tbsp (45ml) whisky

1 Pink Lady® apple, sliced
